KUALA LUMPUR, Feb 6 ― Section 11 of the West Coast Expressway (WCE) is expected to be open to the public soon. This will enable highway users to travel directly from Hutan Melintang to Taiping Selatan, and it serves as an alternative route to the North-South Expressway (PLUS).
